And so our fairy tale begins...

Bridal and Groom photos taken at the gorgeous La Caille gardens.

On one beautiful Fall Saturday morning, October the 22nd of the year 2011 to be exact, my dearest Jacob Hunter Black and I, Chantrelle Jane Tuminez Castro, were blissfully married for time and for all eternity in the beautiful LDS Temple in Draper, Utah.

It was the happiest day of my (and Jake's!) life. Everything was perfect. The sun was shining brightly in the clear blue sky.  There was a cool and pleasant breeze rustling through the beautiful gardens of the Draper Temple where the sego lilies were in full bloom. Smiles, tears, laughter, hugs and sheer happiness filled the air. Jake and I could hardly keep ourselves still, we were just so happy that we were practically floating on clouds! The love we felt from all around was so overwhelming that we were both brought to tears (many, many, many, many times) that day. We felt the immense love of our Father in Heaven and our Lord for all of us. There was a great Spirit of joy that filled our wedding day as we were able to see the beautiful smiles of our families and friends. It was, is and will always be a memorable day in our lives.

I've heard the adage "a picture is worth a thousand words." We have about a thousand wedding pictures--all of which are so precious and dear to us. Each picture is worth more than a hundred thousand words. We are so grateful to our families, friends and loved-ones for sharing and celebrating that special and momentous day with us, both near and far. We are so grateful to each other--that we both choose to make our marriage one that is full of love, friendship, and the gospel of the Lord. Last, but not least, we are eternally indebted and grateful to our Heavenly Father, for making our dreams come true, for all the joys and trials that we’ve gone through, that we are now going through and will be going through—everything that we need to turn our fairytale’s “Once Upon a Time” into what all the languages of the world’s most beautiful words can ever express—“And They Lived Happily Ever After. The End.”
